2. Hosting & Infrastructure

Netlify

We host our website with Netlify, Inc., 2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit our website, Netlify collects various log files including your IP addresses. The use of Netlify is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest).

Supabase

We use Supabase for our database and authentication services. Supabase is provided by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992. Supabase helps us store user data (like your projects and profile information) and manage secure logins. Data processing may take place on servers in the EU or other regions with appropriate safeguards.

3. Data Collection in the App

We collect data to provide the service, improve the app, and display ads. This includes:

Firebase Cloud Messaging

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to send push notifications directly to your device. To do this, a unique Instance ID is generated. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in communicating important service updates.

Google AdMob

To offer the basic version of the app for free, we display advertisements via Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). AdMob may use advertising IDs (like the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads if you have consented to tracking. You can maximize your privacy by adjusting your device settings to limit ad tracking.

RevenueCat

For processing subscriptions and in-app purchases, we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 1032 E 20th Ave, Denver, CO 80205, USA). We send an anonymous user ID and purchase data to RevenueCat to validate your subscription status. We do not transmit payment details (like credit card numbers) to RevenueCat; these are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Age Policy

Minimum Age: The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

Purchases: You must be at least 18 years old or have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian to make in-app purchases or subscribe to our services.

5. Your Rights
